When you go in to see the doctor, it's typical to get a blood test to check lipid levels, your cholesterol and triglycerides. You likely know it's important to lower bad cholesterol levels, because high levels increase your risk of heart attack. The same holds true for triglycerides. But what you might not know is that instead of taking medicine to lower triglycerides, most people can lower that number simply by moving more.

Hi! Thanks a lot for this useful video. By the way, I hear many people keep
on talking about Cholestelax Secrets (google it), but I’m not sure if it is
good. Have you tried using home remedy called Cholestelax Secrets? I have
heard several unbelivable things about it and my cooworker completely cures
his cholesterol safely with this remedy.

+raval das Does not matter if you are in the GYM 3hrs or 10 hrs 🙂 It is
heredity my friend. That is why you have to depend on fenofibrates.(Tricor)
Genetically you are unable to break down the fat and that is where the
fibrates come in play. Please consult your GP for more info as how to
reduce your Triglycerides.I would also cut down on salt and sugar in your
food. Cut out late night dinners as well.

yeah, I agree, this is mind control bullshit that perpetrates the dogma
from 50 years ago. Got to address the root of the problem – the modern
industrialized diet.
