Misleading outdated information. Saturated fats are good for you. LDL and
HDL are proteins NOT cholesterol. Your liver is not producing cholesterol
for the sole purpose of giving you a heart attack, cholesterol is your
friend. Please stop spreading old dangerous myths.

The Infos Given Out R Totaly Wrong! They r based On Junk Scince!!
Cholesterol Is Our Best Buddy! Hdl and Ldl r LipoProteins that carry It
Around Our System! No Such Thing As Good Or Bad Cholesterol!! Saturated
Fats R Good For Us! The American Journal for Clunical Nutrition did Confirm
that in January 2010!!

This is bad science, heart disease is caused by too many carbs and not
enough saturated and semi saturated fats which are good for you

2 red flags here, Hydrogenated oils have no place in our diet and Red Yeast
Rice is regulated by the FDA to have the active and naturally occurring
statin removed. Other than that she makes sense on a basic common sense
diet.

Unfermented soy is toxic crap. Oats are starchy and will not solve any
cholesterol problems. Once your insulin levels are normal, most saturated
fats will raise HDL, lower LDL, or do nothing for your cholesterol.
Palmitic is the exception, but most animal fats (Stearic) and coconut
(Lauric, Myrisitic) are great for your blood lipids. The authors of this
piece need to learn a lot about diet and blood lipids.

Excellent Video!

I was having 260 cholesterol and my daughters were very worried.

My friend suggested me to use “cholesterol” mobile app which motivated and
helped me to have good foods.

Within 1 month, my cholesterol reduced to 220 now and my family is happy!
