Your doctor doesn’t know this stuff. He/She is not taught that in M.E.D.
school. Duh, if they taught doctors information which could not be
converted into money that would mean they actually care about our well
    being. Clearly they don’t.

Yes, the problem is there’s no money in nutrition for healing because it
can’t be patented. Thus the reliance on drugs to keep us alive but
perpetually sick so they can make money off people for the rest of their
lives. Sometimes drugs are necessary as you mentioned, but let’s treat the
cause, not the symptoms. I always ask myself, what does my body need that
I’m not giving it? And what am I giving it that it doesn’t want? Thank-you
for the video.

Vitamin D regulates the Renin-Aldosterone-Angiotensin-System (RAAS). So
invariably people with low Vitamin D have high Aldosterone, and potassium
lower in ratio to sodium. This can therefore cause high blood pressure.

But, of course, the causes of high blood pressure are many and varied, and
not just caused by what’s mentioned in this video. For instance, a patient
might have an overactive pituitary gland, and this is what’s causing their
elevated blood pressure.

It might be worth reading the book ‘Salt your way to health’ by David
Brownstein, M.D. So many are afraid of salt and don’t realise how essential
    it is for us.

Magnesium is required for about 300 different functions in the body but it
is often linked to how well our heart works and as you know, blood pressure
comes in to that as well.

Take a look at this link between mineral water and lower blood pressure
    https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC535900/

Exercise may also help so she should talk to her Doctor about that.
Isokinator is good for that or more specifically, the lady isokinator.

Coconut oil also has some links to lower blood pressure.

I have been prescribed Propranolol and Lisinopril. One of the things I
noticed with propranolol is that it works for a while and then you need
more after a while. I was up to two 180 mg ER a day. Then I had what I
thought was a heart attack only to find out that my propranolol was caused
something called GERD, Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease. After that, I was
told to lower my Propranolol and start 10 mg of Lisinopril. I want off of
the BP med roller coaster.
Can you tell me anything about beta-blokers and ACE inhibitors. What are
they doing to my body? I am trying hibiscus tea after some research. Can
you suggest any other natural foods or teas that would help. I really loved
the way you presented this video. You talk like folks I grew up with.
Thanks for such great information.

I gather Hawthorn is another herb that helps lower blood pressure but I’m
not sure of its mechanism. Definitely a plant based diet will help too,
google or you tube Esselstyn 😉 good luck!

I just spoke with my Dr. this week about medicine that I am on. In 2010 I
was put on Lopressor pending a full stress test which I was not able to do
@ the time. Here we are 6 years later and I aced a Stress Test and all
kinds of other tests @ Winchester Cardiology.

The Dr. ask me before the treadmill if I had ever had a heart attack,
blockage, stents, or anything. My answer was no. She said, and I quote. Why
in the hell are you on medication that they give to people after a heart
attack? I believe it was given to me @ Winchester Medical Center as a
precaution, prior to testing in 2010. Not one Dr. since has ever questioned
this.

My current Dr. says Beta Blockers are good in any case, and I should keep
taking these pills. He says my heart won’t work as hard which means longer
life. I say BS! It’s like owning a car and never letting the timing
advance. That means, no power!

6 years of side effects for nothing. BTW, this stuff never did a damn thing
for my blood pressure.

I was just prescribed vitamin D2 because my blood work came back with very
(very) low levels of vitamin D. When I was told this by my doctor I right
away said “that is why I have high blood pressure!” Thank you for this
video, learned so much more.
