Guys, completely cure your hypertension does not need to be hard (I used to
feel it did). I’ll give you some advice right now. Search remedy called
Hibloderox Remedy (search on google). Seriously, I finally eliminated my
pain & embarrassment caused by hypertension for good by using Hibloderox
Remedy.

+James Tait Excellent Video! Apologies for the intrusion, I would love your
initial thoughts. Have you considered – Sayerdsan Vein Flow Secret (should
be on google have a look)? Ive heard some amazing things about it and my
cooworker after many years said good bye to the blood pressure stress with
    it.

Low is anything below 90/60 if it causes you problems. The Life Extension
Foundation has found that blood pressure (looking at the published
research) below 110/70 is better for living a long life than anything
higher. Another 2cents for the pot. Me, I was taking more than the max dose
of two blood pressure meds to keep mine under 115/75 – doctors only really
care if it’s over 140/90.

Decided to start intermittent fasting with 3 hour eating windows (6 hours
on weekends) and lower carb with minimal to no grain products and minimal
or zero dairy. After one week decided to do some longer fasting so week 2,
a two day fast, week 3 and 4 a 3 day fast Sunday dinner to Wednesday
afternoon. On week three I had to cut blood pressure med #2 by 1/3 but here
in week 4, I’ve eliminated blood pressure med #1 and now blood pressure #2
has been cut to 1/4th dosage, and right now my BP , using a machine that
averages 3 readings in a row is …. 99/68. That’s up from yesterday.
Resting pulse however is running about 10 points higher than normal at 86
which may be caused by low potassium from fasting and drinking too much
water and blood pressure med #1 HCT. So, I’ve downed total potassium from
foods and potassium citrate (powder) today that adds up to somewhere
between 12 and 15 GRAMS of potassium so pulse is lower than last night when
bp was running about 92/64 but resting pulse was 110 (One pb readings was
88/55). One more three day fast next week and continued IF eating and my bp
meds will be history. Quick way to get the MINIMAL daily RDA of potassium
(4.7 grams) is to drink 5 glasses of low sodium tomato juice – 920 mg of
potassium per 8 oz. Paleo man probably got between 11 and 15 grams a day
and Americans today get about 3 grams (3000 mg).

I had Zero side effects from blood pressure running in the 90s/60s but
higher pulse rate from low potassium was a problem. All in all,
Intermittent fasting using lower carbs diet (3 hour eating windows) plus
multi day weekly water only fasting each week is changing blood pressure
really fast while dropping at least 3 lbs of real weight each week. Full
fasting increases HGH 2000% so fat free mass (muscle) is preserved and
raises resting metabolism (energy expenditure) about 15% and probably
lowers one’s weight set point to boot. It’s a completely different hormonal
effect than the standard mantra to lower calories by few 100 every day
which lowers metabolism, increases hunger, lowers satiety, and leaves your
body fighting tooth and nail to push your weight back up but at a lower
metabolic rate. Ouch. Big fail wanna-be-scientists. And certified
nutritionists and dietitians need to read some research instead of spouting
40 year old bs.

I see a lot of people keep on speaking about Hybetez Remedy (do a search on
google). But I’m uncertain if it’s good. Have you ever tried using this
popular diabetes home remedy?
